Huge performance issues with gtx 1080 ti
Hello. I am posting this here considering I think this is the well-nigh active steam discussion right at present.
I am truly lost with my Zotac GTX 1080 Ti AMP Extreme Core edition. I don't know what the problem is, but i really think in that location is one. When I get-go received the carte, there was this weird dongle ( http://imgur.com/a/lVyqd ). ZOTAC twitter support told me to crack it off and it worked. Simply in my computer, I am not hitting the functioning a GTX 1080 Ti should have. For instance (everything is washed in 1080p): Overwatch gets to a maximum of 180 fps on ultra with Vsync off and with the FPS cap at 300. In Battleground i, I barely hit 60 fps on ultra, with Vsync of and the FPS cap at 200. On PUBG I barely hit 60 on Loftier (non fifty-fifty ultra, merely this game doesn't count since it'south early acces.) And and then on, and and so on. The only game it is running the same every bit almost reviews and benchmarks are is DOOM, information technology hits the 200fps cap easily on ultra but that's about it. In every game I take tried I have turned off V sync, set the FPS cap higher etc etc. I have reinstalled my drivers a dozen times now with DDU but goose egg helped. I switched my GPU from PCIe slot in the motherbord, didn't help either. I underclocked information technology, no assistance. I double checked the PSU. I don't know what to do, this bill of fare toll me a leg but it's non working similar it should. The GPU usage depends from game to game but it rarely hits 100%, except for overwatch. I have an i7 7700k paired with it, and 16 GB ram. I would post my MSInfo file and my DxDiag simply I can't upload any files.
